I have been a massage therapist for 9 years, specializing in Deep Tissue. I try to make my clients leave pain free if not set them up with a care plan to help relieve them of pain. I enjoy helping people and seeing them actually live to their full ability without pain or stress. Just knowing that I helped someone brings a smile to my face.

Originally in my career I set out to be an EMT, however after years of experience in the field I realized I wanted to be part of people's wellness and life; watching them thrive versus resuscitation. As an emergency medic i never got to follow up with the patients and something was lacking. There are many ways to fill a healers path, I choose therapeutic massage because hands on bodywork predates modern medicines, so it seemed like a great beginning place which also compliments many other health practices, such as chiropractic work, exercise and fitness, nutrition, etc. My formal training and education has provided me with a wide range of techniques, known as modalities, to assist clients. My intention with every client is that they leave pain free and feeling like they can conquer their day. Whether we choose relaxation or deep integrated structural work is based specifically to each clients individual needs, no two sessions are alike. My goal is to provide a safe place for healing.

I have been a licensed massage therapist in the Temple area for 15 years. I graduated from Austin Schools of Massage in 2002. It was a decision that I have never regretted. I set out to have a career, but I have found my passion. I truly love helping others with pain and educating them in how to proceed with future treatments. When someone tells me that was the best massage or that they feel amazing, it sincerely makes my day!

Breanna Foster

I recently moved to Temple from Mitchell, South Dakota. So far, I’m enjoying the change! I began my journey as a massage therapist in 2012, where I received training at Headlines Academy, of Rapid City SD. The modalities that we focused on were Swedish massage, trigger point work, myofascial release, and more.

Becoming a massage therapist is a decision I have never regretted. The most rewarding part about this profession, is seeing the progress my clients have made since our first session. Seeing the progress first hand and seeing the excitement rush to their face when they can raise their arm into the air without pain or restriction, is all the proof I need to show me that I have chosen the right career.

Katja

Katja

I am a native of Germany and came to the USA when I was 19 years old. My husband and I are raising 4 children, ages 24,21,18 and 13; all of them homeschooled for the majority of their lives. That is the reason why I work the afternoon/evening shift. I was a stay-at-home mom for 18 years during which time I became very ill. I feel that God guided me to self-healing and in return I wanted to give back. I chose to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and received my education at Stautzenberger College in Ohio, where I graduated in 2011. I am trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and have experienced in Prenatal Massage also. When I will have finished homeschooling our youngest, my goal is to become educated in massaging burn victims and pediatric cancer patients. It is my hope that I can provide you with excellent service in improving and maintaining better health. I enjoy working in this clinic and am proud to be part of such a caring team.
